The PCS Group is able to provide property maintenance and refurbishment services to our clients. Our services are specifically tailored to meet the needs of all commercial premises, both public and private. From modern open plan offices, to historic schools, our teams are expert in looking after your premises, adapting to your building’s needs, and ensuring preservation and safety.
PCS provides a total maintenance service from drainage to roofing, painting to tiling, and even weed removal. Our skilled maintenance workers are able to tackle a wide array of jobs, producing an exceptional finish.
Works to be undertaken can include:
Electrical:
All electrical works are undertaken by our NIC registered electricians. This including PAT testing, heating and ventilation, and other electrical installations.
Plumbing:
Corgi registered plumbers are available for all our client’s plumbing issues.
Redecoration:
Skilled tradesmen are at hand to solve any redecoration requirement - samples and design service are available upon request.
Refurbishment:
A complete service in all trades with full surveying, planning, and management service.
Internal structural works:
Demolition, partitions, ceilings, walls, doorways, and windows - surveying service and complete project management provided. Taking care of every aspect.

All of our handymen are City & Guilds qualified, and are at the top of their trade. In ensuring the best people are used for the task we can guarantee the service provided. All products supplied are on guarantee which will be advised to you upon quote.
We have built a reputation based on trust. We hope you will trust us to not only to complete the job timely and effectively, but also to the highest standard and in a manner which ensures all of your requirements are met.
We can provide services for general requirements, as well as emergency needs. We are able to provide repair to doors, windows, ceilings, stairs, accidental damage, burglary damage, disaster recovery*, and anything in-between.

Our estimators are available Monday- Friday. If necessary, appointments can be made outside of these hours if you require someone to view-to-quote. We aim to send all quotes to clients within 2 working days.
We do not charge for a quote, however should there be exceptional circumstances where we need to charge, the cost will be taken off the overall total, once you agree for us to carry out the works. Our rates cover all the labour charges, with materials being additional. Our Handyman will be able to tell you how long the job should take during the first hour and our rates are:
£108 for the first hour, then £68.50 per half hour thereafter, all plus VAT.
Decorating Services
The PCS Group has over 25 year's experience of decorating. Our excellent reputation as painters/decorators has been achieved through our trained teams.
Interior Decorating
Our painters/decorators know that interior decorating requires accuracy and thorough preparation. Before we start work, we will ensure that all furniture is properly covered, we will then sand and prepare all surfaces, corners, carry out any wood repairs on windows, doors or skirting.
External Decorating
Moisture, sunlight and temperature changes are the worst enemies of external wood, metal and masonry. The first step we will take is to remove decayed areas of external surfaces which are beyond simple filling. This may require digging out wood rot from windows, scraping paint, loose render or any weak brick mortar which cannot be just painted.
Exterior decorating will always include preparation for all weathers. Depending on the type of home façade (brick, render, wood), we will then apply the appropriate weather-proofing solutions and either finish with 2-3 coats of paint, varnish or other finishing.
